  • Opportunity Stages: Configure opportunity stages and customize for client sales process.

Week 4

  • Training: Conduct 2 training sessions for the sales team.

  • Go-Live Support: Provide go-live assistance and troubleshooting for users.

Meetings

  • Kickoff meeting, weekly check-ins (4 in total), user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live readiness meeting.

Out of Scope

  • Data Migration: Large-scale data migration beyond contacts and leads.

  • Custom Development: Custom coding, and integrations with non-standard apps.

  • Advanced Features: CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) setup, Einstein AI.
